We strive to provide best looking wedding videos at most affordable cost. We have been rated top 5 by KCRA 3 A-List, WeddingWire.com, The Knot magazine, and BBB in Northern California numerous times; a few times we have taken the first place.

My wife, Laura Feytser

Camera Operator and responsible for DVD label/cover design and printing. I have been truly blessed by Laura. We got married in October 2002. She always supported me in my dream, CineCzar, and helped it to become reality.

Our daughters, Alisa and Alexa

Myself, Val Feytser

I was born in Ukraine in 1979. I do both, filming and editing. I have been filming since 1990. My father used to produce “Golos Nadii”, a 30-minute weekly show in Kovel, Ukraine. He took me with him to all of his interviews and taught me editing skills. I was hooked on video ever since. I came to US in 1992, volunteered for a few churches and video studios, then finally had a chance to open one of my own in 2005. Currently I am working on a degree in Communications (Television Business) at Sierra College, and plan to transfer to either Sacramento State University or Art Institute for Bachelor’s Degree.
